This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The staff are super-nice and the service is excellent. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have all the basic amenities you need, including a kitchenette and AC. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to both the beach and the shady promenade by the local river.

All aspects of my stay were perfect, no improvements needed.

Aparthotel very close to a family beach.very quiet area.no noise could be heard after 23h.correct installations.the air conditioning works very well and it deactivates automatically when you open the windows.the apartment has a balcony-terrace with a clothesline that comes very well to hang the bath clothes, as well as a small table and two chairs.

It is focused on the German tourist so the restaurant schedules are adjusted to their customs. The activities for children are performed by a single monitor and in German, until the planning of the same was in this language. The swimming pool is only open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., so if you come from the beach in the afternoon, you cannot swim. The cleaning service is not very remarkable. On the second day of our stay, the apartment was not cleaned and on the third day, the beds were left badly made and out of place, as well as the bedside tables. We missed a microwave and some kitchen utensils, as well as a tablecloth for the table and a mocho to dry the bathroom as every time we showered it was flooded.

Beautiful location and excellent prices. Distance to cala rotja was just 1 mile. Perfect for trip. I greatly enjoyed the hotel...

This hotel is great value for money! The prices for the rooms are very affordable, especially considering the excellent service provided by the staff. The basic amenities in the rooms, like the fridge and the daily cleaning, make your stay comfortable and convenient. The location is ideal, as it is close to the beach and the shady promenade by the local river. Plus, the breakfast offers a good variety of options to start your day off right.

Everything was just fine, nothing to complain about.

The strong points in my opinion:. * Hotel staff: kindness, exquisite treatment that makes you feel at home. A 10 for the workers. *Check-out: Facilities in the same, giving another room so that the family can take a shower before returning if it does not coincide with the standard time of departure, 12pm. *Location: Canyamel beach is a 5min walk from the hotel, and this beach would be one of the ones you would have to visit. Also, if you are looking for tranquility, it is the ideal place. Pleasantly surprised by the area. * Swimming pool: a luxury, never gives you a feeling of overcrowding, especially if you know how to move between the schedules of the dense German clientele. Although also it would have a against, the schedule of the same one, finishes at 19h, surely a schedule more ours would take it until 21h.

They would be:. *Time: let's say it's "very German", I've commented on the subject of the pool, but another example is the dinners, which I think were from 18:30 to 21h, at least for us impossible to fit in. The same happens with breakfast, unless the family is an early riser, it will be difficult to fit in. *Ants: I had a problem with these little bugs, but to focus on this point would not do justice, besides, they worried about solving it and they succeeded. But I must point out. *Ants: little or no animation in Spanish.

The hotel and the facilities were nice, and it's conveniently located near the airport.

The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was well-maintained, and there were restaurants nearby. The area was quiet and perfect for families.

The bed was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. The kitchen was not well-equipped and lacked basic items like a microwave.

The hotel had an ideal location close to the beach and the local river. the room and bathroom were clean and spacious with a small kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator. the staff were hospitable and accommodating. Breakfast was decent, with a mix of good and terrible quality meats. the hotel had a small playground and swimming pool for children, and an amazing caretaker who played with them and kept them entertained.

The facilities were limited and appeared cheap, such as the kid's playground that was boring.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, friendly staff, and great hotel facilities. The room was spacious and had a fridge and small kitchen for added convenience. We also enjoyed the clean and well-maintained swimming pool and the close proximity to the beach and shady promenade by the local river. the location was ideal, with easy access to shopping centers and restaurants. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to help.

We spent Christmas at a hotel in Mallorca, and there were two things we liked very much: the clean and spacious pool, and the nearby restaurants with a wide range of food options. the hotel was well located, just a short walk from the beach and many shops. we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the place and the helpfulness of the staff.

There were aspects that we didn't like as much. For example, the kitchen equipment was quite old and basic, and we had to wash our own dishes without any soap provided.
